I need some advice

Hey guys, I was just writing this blog in the hope of getting some advice from you. You see I've been growing my hair for some time in the hope to eventually getting some nasty dreadlocks, any advice or information about growing them or maintaining them will be appreciated very much. I would also like to hear your opinions about this matter, though I'm pretty determined to get them so I doubt you'll be able to dissuade me, but I would still love to hear your opinions anyway, as long as they're not too negative and hurtful.
